Q: How many production lines do you have?
A: We have 9 spunlace production lines in 2023, and the 10th production line will be ready at the end of 2024.
Q: Can you accept customization?
A: Yes, we offer customized service. You can custom every similar product you want.
Q: Can I get some free samples?
A: If you need some samples to test, we can make as per your request. Samples are free, but you should undertake the freight.
Q: How much the transportation freight of samples?
A: The freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area.
Q: What is the material of your products?
A: Our spunlace non woven products are mainly made of viscose, polyester, wood pulp and polypropylene in different rate.
Q: Are the ingredients of the product reliable?
A: Our products are all in high grade, we use Canadian imported high quality woodpulp, Austria imported Sateri viscose, SINOPEC polyester and brand new polypropylene.
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the  end.
Q: Do you provide certificate?
A: All tests required for export are provided.
Q: How to order?
A: After communicating and confirming with the sales, please send us the detailed information of your order by e-mail or fax, and we will make corresponding order contract and return it to you. Order details include:
1) Product information-Quantity, Specification (Size, Material, Technological), Quantity, if needed and Packing requirements etc.
2) Delivery time required.
Q: How long is the general delivery date?
A: This will decide according to specific condition, our usual delivery time is 30 days.
Q: What is the payment process?
A: We provide two ways for payments: 
1)  T/T
2)  L/C
Q: What should I can do when I find something wrong with our goods upon receipt?
A: Please contact the staff responsible for your project immediately,we will repy in 12 hours and give solutions in 24 hours.
